Maud Cotter | All Stuff is Farce

Maud Cotter’s work often include strangely transformed homely objects extending, mirroring, overflowing, therefore creating unexpected connections. The high gloss coated paper with full colour images of her work are interleaved with 6 b/w concertina fold-out sections on uncoated paper. Those sections, intervening in her work but also extending it to the outside of the publication, depict snapshots taken by the artist as inspiration for her work as well as they mirror, replace, focus in on the work on the opposite page.
